The location is the small village of Storsund, in the province of Pitea. the place is immersed in forests and surrounded by beautiful lakes.

The Personal Healing Retreats include:

At least 1 session per day with the resident BodyTalk Practitioner, sessions may include BodyTalk and other modalities

You can book massages with an experienced masseur

Walks in the amazing nature around here, with pine and spruce forests and lakes

Practical exercises for relaxation, visualization, and self healing that will become precious tools to bring back home with you

Space and silence to think and to let go of thinking

Time to heal and rejuvenate

Accommodation

Upstairs apartment with kitchen, single bed with shared bathroom in the house of the practitioner
If you want you can bring a friend or partner with you for a small accommodation fee

       These personal retreats are self catering, and shopping can be done at the arrival

       The nearest place for groceries is the town of Alvsbyn 30km from Storsund, where you will arrive if traveling by train

       Another option is the city of Lulea if arriving by plane, or Pitea if arriving by bus or with a rented car
 

Costs:

950 euros per week including accommodation and 7 one hour sessions and 5 distance BodyTalk sessions once you get back home

Accompanying person pays just 130 euros for the accommodation if sessions are not needed

                                                                         How to Get Here

From Stockholm or Gothenburg you have a few options:

Train: Overnight train with sleepers available to Alvsbyn, from Stockholm about 12 hours and from Gothenburg about 15/17 hours (cost about 80/100 euros one way)
Once in Alvsbyn pickup is usually available with notice, otherwise taxis are available

Flight: Flights to Lulea are available from Stockholm, Gothenburg and other locations

Once in Lulea the quickest option is to take a taxi to Storsund, which is at about 70 km from there
A taxi will cost around 100 euros

Another option is to rent a car, which will give you more freedom to explore the area

A bus is also available from Lulea once a day, on weekdays, at 1:50 pm, with a connection in Pitea, arriving in Storsund at 4:30 pm
